JENKINTOWN, PA—Manor College (10-4 overall, 4-0 Eastern States Athletic Conference) senior guard Tyray Cooper (Baltimore, MD/Woodlawn) scored 18 points and led the team with eight rebounds and six assists as the eighth-ranked USCAA Division I Blue Jays defeated the Williamson College of the Trades Mechanics (5-6, 3-2), 97-61, at the Gymnasium.

Williamson went on a 10-2 run between 14:23 and 12:01 remaining (a 2:22 stretch) and took its largest lead, 19-10, on senior forward Liam Rardin's three-point basket.  Manor answered, going on a 17-2 run between 11:46 and 5:35 left (a 6:11 stretch) and took a 27-21 lead on junior guard Manny Roach's (Medford, NJ/Life Center Academy) layup.  During this run, the Blue Jays scored 15 straight points between 11:46 and 8:25 remaining (a 3:21 stretch). Also, Manor took the lead for good during this run, 21-19, on Roach's free throws with 9:23 left.  The Mechanics got as close as, 25-21, with 5:50 remaining on senior guard Ronald Johnson's reverse layup.  Cooper's layup with 4:01 left gave the Blue Jays its first double-digit lead of the contest, 33-23.  Senior forward Bryce Nwobu's (Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) free throws gave Manor a 39-28 lead with 1:22 remaining.  The Blue Jays maintained a double-digit lead for the remainder of the game.  Sophomore center Nissir Cook's (Philadelphia, PA/Philadelphia Academy Charter) layup gave Manor its largest first-half lead, 43-28, with about 0:28 left.  Manor led at halftime, 43-30.  Cooper and senior forward Cheikh Diagne (Philadelphia, PA/Northeast) led both teams with 10 points each.

After Johnson's basket closed the gap to 43-32 within the first minute of the second half, Manor put the game away and went on 17-1 run between 18:52 and 15:15 remaining (a 3:37 stretch) and took a 60-33 lead on Nwobu's layup.  During this run the Blue Jays scored 15 straight points between 18:52 and 15:50 left (a 3:02 stretch).  Manor took a 26-point lead, 66–40, on Cooper's free throws with 13:08 remaining.  The Blue Jays took multiple 30-point-plus leads.  Cooper's layup gave the Blue Jays a 72-41 advantage with 11:44 left.  Manor took its largest lead of the contest, 76-44, on Cook's free throws with 8:50 remaining.  The Blue Jays outscored the Mechanics in the second half, 43-30.  Sophomore forward A'Jaad White led both teams with 12 second-half points.  White also scored Williamson's 12 of its final 16 points.  Cook, Nwobu, and Roach paced Manor with 10 second-half points each.

Defensively, the 60 points allowed versus the Mechanics is the lowest allowed by the Blue Jays this season overall and at home.  They allowed 61 in its previous game versus the Patrick Henry College Sentinels in Jenkintown on January 17. This is the first time this season they allowed 61 or fewer points in consecutive games this season. They previously allowed 61 or fewer points in consecutive games on January 25 and February 1, 2025 when they allowed 61 and 55 versus the USCAA Division II Pennsylvania State University-Lehigh Valley Nittany Lions and Christendom College Crusaders, respectively.   The fewest points the Blue Jays have allowed at home since the 2021-2022 season was 51 versus Williamson on January 26, 2023.

Statistical Leaders: In addition to Cooper. Roach led with 19 points. Nwobu added 16 points and Diagne contributed 11 points for Manor. Cook came off the bench and led both benches with 14 points, six rebounds, three blocked shots, two assists, and two steals.  Junior forward Deacon Linder (Philadelphia, PA/Hardy Williams Academy [Mastery]) led the Blue Jays with four steals.

White led Williamson with 19 points and 14 rebounds.  Freshman guard Misael Santana added 15 points.  Rardin contributed 10 rebounds and paced the Mechanics with four assists.  Johnson led Williamson with four steals.

Countdown to 1,203: Roach has 1,066 career points in 53 games.  He needs 137 points to pass Aaron Brown for the most career points by a Blue Jay.  Brown scored 1,202 in 44 games between the 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 seasons when Manor was competing in the Eastern Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference (EPCC).

Manor Leading at Halftime (Since 2021-2022): The Blue Jays are 10-1 overall (6-0 at home) when leading at halftime this season. They have won 18 of its last 19 games overall when leading at halftime, dating back to last season.  Manor is 38-9 overall (20-5 at home) when leading at halftime since joining the USCAA.  

Manor in the Eighties:  Manor is 2-0 overall (1-0 at home) this season when scoring 80 to 89 points in a game.  They are 16-7 overall (9-4 at home) since the 2021-2022 season.

Manor Continues to Win in Double-Figures (Since 2021-2022): Manor has won in double-figures for the eighth time overall (five at home) this season. Dating back to the 2024-2025 season, Manor has won 16 of its last 19 games overall (eight at home) by double-digits.  The Blue Jays have won in double-figures 29 times overall (21 at home) since the 2021-2022 season.

Next Overall and ESAC Game: Manor travels to play Christendom (5-9, 2-1 ESAC) on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. at the Crusader Gymnasium in Front Royal, Virginia.  Manor swept the 2024-2025 season series.  The Blue Jays won at home, 74-55, on February 1, 2025 and, 90-63, on February 15 in Front Royal.  They are 3-2 overall (1-2 on the road) versus Christendom since the 2021-2022 season.  Manor is 1-0 overall (0-0 on the road) this season versus Virginia Colleges and Universities.  Manor is 7-4 overall (2-2 on the road) versus Virginia Colleges and Universities since 2021-2022.  They are also 2-6 overall (2-2 on the road) in games played in the state of Virginia since 2021-2022.

Next Home Game: Manor hosts the Bucks County Community College Centurions (2-13, 0-3 as of January 21) on Thursday, February 5 at 7 p.m. at the Gymnasium in Jenkintown.  The Blue Jays defeated the Centurions, 113-74, on November 11, 2025 at Alumni Gymnasium in Newtown, Pennsylvania.  Manor defeated Bucks County in its previous home matchup in the ESAC Championship, 103-80, on March 1, 2025. They are 5-5 overall (2-3 at home) versus Bucks County since 2021-2022.
