ENOLA, PA—Manor (8-3 overall, 3-0 Eastern States Athletic Conference) junior guard Manny Roach (Medford, NJ/Life Center Academy) led both teams with 22 points and scores his 1,000th career point as the eighth-ranked USCAA Division I Blue Jays defeated the USCAA Division II Central Pennsylvania College Knights (0-11, 0-3), 106-73, at East Pennsboro Middle School.
Central Pennsylvania took its only lead, 3-0, on senior forward Riley Young's three-point basket with 18:48 left in the first half. Manor took the lead for good, 4–3, on senior forward Bryce Nwobu's (Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) layup with 17:08 remaining. Sophomore forward/center Cameron Wilson's layup got the Knights within, 9-5, with 15:58 left. The Blue Jays went on 13-1 run between 15:12 and 13:10 remaining (a 3:02 stretch) and opened up a 22-9 advantage on Nwobu's free throws. During this run, Roach's three-point basket with 14:19 left gave the Blue Jays its first double-digit lead of the game, 16-6. Manor maintained a double-digit lead for the remainder of the contest. The Blue Jays took its largest first-half lead, 41-23, on senior guard Tyray Cooper's (Baltimore, MD/Woodlawn) jump shot with 6:14 remaining. The Knights got twice within 12 points. Sophomore guard Gabriel Kearney's layup got Central Pennsylvania within 44-32 with 2:58 left. Junior guard Aaron Harrison Jr's three-point basket with five seconds left got the Knights within 50-38, which was the halftime score. This is the sixth time the Blue Jays scored 50 or more points in the first half. They previously scored 50 or more points in the first half when they scored 59 at Bucks County Community College on November 11. Nwobu and Roach led Manor with 13 points apiece. Kearney paced Central Pennsylvania with 11 first-half points.
Manor scored the first ten second-half points and opened up a 60-38 lead on senior forward Cheikh Diagne's (Philadelphia, PA/Northeast) layup with 16:59 left. The Blue Jays took a 25-point lead, 83-58, on Diagne's three-point basket with 9:44 remaining. Manor took its first 30-point lead, 91-60, with 7:35 left on sophomore guard Ihsan Beyah's (Philadelphia, PA/Archbishop Wood) three-point basket. The Blue Jays went over the century mark in points, 100-69, on Roach's layup with 3:37 remaining. Roach's three-point basket with 3:09 left gave Manor a 103-69 lead and it was his 1,000th career. He became the first Blue Jay to score 1,000 career points since Manor's 2021-2022 USCAA debut season. Roach also became the first Blue Jay to score 1,000 career points since Aaron Brown (2004-2006) accomplished it when Manor was in the Eastern Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference (EPCC). The game was briefly stopped as the Manor Men's Basketball team congratulated Roach on his milestone. Sophomore center Nissir Cook's (Philadelphia, PA/Philadelphia Academy Charter) layup with 2:59 remaining gave Manor its largest lead of the game, 105-69. The Blue Jays outscored the Knights in the second half 56-35. This is the seventh time Manor has scored 50 or more points in any half this season and the fifth in the second half. The 56 second-half points are the second highest the Blue Jays have scored this season. The Blue Jays scored 57 versus NCAA Division III University of Valley Forge on November 18. Diagne led both teams with 14 second-half points. Roach added 13 points and Cook came off the bench and scored 10 for Manor.
Manor's 106 points scored are the third most in an ESAC and USCAA road game. They previously scored 113 versus the USCAA Division II Bucks County Community College Centurions on November 11 and 110 versus Central Pennsylvania College on November 16, 2021. The 33-point margin of victory is tied for second in an ESAC contest. They won by 33 (78-45) versus the USCAA Division II Williamson College of the Trades Mechanics in the Roadrunner Classic Semifinals on December 1, 2023 at Rowan College South Jersey-Gloucester in Sewell, New Jersey. The largest margin of victory in an ESAC contest is versus Bucks County on November 11.
Statistical Leaders: In addition to Roach, Nwobu scored 20 points and led both teams with 13 rebounds. Cooper added 19 points and Diagne scored 17 points. Cook contributed 16 points and 10 rebounds off of the bench.
Wilson led Central Pennsylvania with 16 points and both teams with 13 rebounds off of the bench. Kearney paced all Knight starters with 13 points. Junior guard Dahsan King scored 11 points off the bench. Junior guard Khalil Dukes led Central Pennsylvania with four assists. Senior forward/center Donnell Loud paced both squads with four blocked shots.

Countdown to 1,203: Roach has 1,000 career points in 50 games. He needs 203 points to pass Brown for the most career points by a Blue Jay. Brown scored 1,202 in 44 games when Manor was competing in the EPCC.
"Three is the Magic Number" (Manor Edition): Manor made 11 three-point baskets for the fourth time in the previous five games. This is the 11th time overall (fifth at home) since the Blue Jays' 2021-2022 USCAA debut that they have made double-digit three-point baskets in a game. They are 3-1 overall (2-0 at home) this season when they have made 10 or more three-point baskets in a game. The Blue Jays are 8-3 overall (5-0 at home) when they have made double-digit three-point baskets in a game since the 2021-2022 season. The team's USCAA single-game record is 15 versus the Patrick Henry Sentinels on November 11, 2023.
Seeing Double: Nwobu (20 points and 13 rebounds) and Cook (16 points and 10 rebounds) each had a "double-double" versus the Knights. This is the second time this season that Manor had two "double-doubles" in the same game. Nwobu (22 points and 16 rebounds) and Cook (22 points and 12 points) accomplished this feat versus Bucks County on November 11.
Manor Leading at Halftime (Since 2021-2022): The Blue Jays are 8-1 overall (3-1 on the road) when leading at halftime this season. They have won 16 of its last 17 games overall when leading at halftime, dating back to last season. Manor is 36-9 overall (11-3 on the road) when leading at halftime since joining the USCAA.
